The breakfast had great variety. I found something i liked every morning. i like that the location is very close to walking street. the pool area was also a positive, it provides a refreshing escape from the heat.

the location is very close to walking street the pier is also close i could easily walk there the staff were friendly i felt genuinely welcomed when i arrived they provided quick solutions when i needed assistance everything felt smooth.
my room had a connecting door i could hear everything from the next room sound proofing was terrible i would stay again if the room was different.

the hotel has a super swimming pool with a lush garden it is a tropical garden i observed a lot of green vegetation making the place visually appealing the area seemed well maintained.

the breakfast had a good selection of food available i noted fresh fruit smoothies were being served in the morning the restaurant was to serve a variety of foods at different times of the day.

friendly managerpool accesslovely grounds
The reception manager, Golf, helped me a lot, she was warm and friendly. She was always willing to assist with anything I needed. My room opened straight out to the pool, it was convenient. The grounds are lovely, a great escape for city streets.

The hotel had a back gate. It allowed easy access to the walking street. The staff provided good support. Khun Kirin from Guest Services Front Desk especially hosted well.
The hotel feels a bit old. An open-air club next to the hotel created noise. I also noticed raw sewage flowing through the hotel area. It was not good.

I chose the Tropical Beautiful Garden Twin Bed. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The design was very functional. The hotel provides convenient access to the beach. It is just across the road.
The soundproofing isn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the hallway.
